7. Lock Your Energy Rate: Did you know you can actually choose where you buy energy from for your house and business? There's tons of third party suppliers that offer better prices than your normal gas/electricity company (which will always supply the energy unfortunately, we can't get away from them.) But you can tell them where to buy the it from! Which can lock in your rate and prevent you from being affected by the random rate heights! Here's one supplier that I'm partnered with and personally use click here . If the ask put in "IBO #05304530 and you can email me here if you need more help.

8. Bulk Buying: Purchase non-perishable items in bulk when there are discounts or sales. This strategy can save you money in the long run and reduce the need for frequent shopping trips.

9. Second-Hand Shopping: Explore thrift stores, online marketplaces, and garage sales for quality second-hand items at a fraction of the cost. Some people look down on this, however there are tons of cute things on these second hand shops and you can even find new items. PLUS it's also a great way to make/earn extra money reselling the things that no longer fit or serve you. I'll dove more into this next week.

10. Negotiation Skills: Hone your negotiation skills when making major purchases. Research prices, ask for discounts, and explore price-matching options to ensure you get the best deal.

11. Credit Score Awareness: Maintain a good credit score to access better loan rates and credit card offers, ultimately saving you money on interest payments.

13. Carpooling: Whenever possible, carpooling to reduce fuel and parking expenses.

14. Home Gardening: Start a small garden to grow your own herbs, vegetables, or fruits, cutting down on grocery costs and ensuring fresh, organic produce.

15. Refinancing and Consolidation: Explore options for refinancing loans or consolidating debt to potentially lower interest rates and reduce monthly payments.

16. Couponing of course! Start digital couponing by downloading the apps of your local grocery stores, and drug stores. Also stores like Walgreens, CVS, Target, etc all have coupons right on the app. And for paper coupons, go to the website of your local newspaper and sign up for weekly deliveries.

17. Clearance shopping- is my absolute favorite! People think it's picked over, outdated, old stuff in the clearance section. Although you can find some of those things, I certainly implore you to watch my old YouTube videos and see that everything goes on clearance! I'm talking the good stuff! Places like my instagram will help you stay up to date on what's likely on clearance until you learn the markdown rhythm of stores.

Implementing a combination of these tips can significantly enhance your money-saving endeavors, helping you achieve your financial goals while enjoying a more rewarding and fulfilling lifestyle.

Let's catch up next week, remember be kind always, Never believe the tags, and scan, scan, Scan!!!
