Each person is allow to take in up to two carseats for a total of $60 in gift cards. That's awesome for an item you may have just trashed anyway. Speaking of trash, I've seen people picking up a few carseats from the trash or local yard sale just for this event, cough* cough* hint* hint.
No purchases are necessary but Walmart are starting rollbacks on baby items which can be found here.
